Put me on the list

By Carat International LLC

Travel for work, elevated.

Your whole trip on one timeline, easy client dinners and events, every mile and receipt tracked, and an AI concierge in your pocket — one simple app, built for people who travel for work.

Coming to iPhone. TickKet is in final testing — leave your email and we’ll tell you the day it lands on the App Store.

The trip board

Your whole trip, on one timeline.

Forward any confirmation email to your TickKet address and the itinerary builds itself — flights, hotel, car, dinners — laid out in trip order, each one a card you can open. No digging through your inbox at the gate.

  • Every flight leg with confirmation, seat, and live status — watching starts about 24 hours before departure
  • Hotel check-in and check-out placed on the right days, automatically
  • Tap any leg for the full flight detail — gates, timing, and what's good near your gate
One timeline for the whole trip — built from the confirmations you already get.

Concur & any inbox

Your own address. Every booking finds its way home.

TickKet gives you a private forwarding address that belongs only to you. Add it once as a second email on your SAP Concur profile and every itinerary your company books arrives here on its own — flights, hotels, cars — already sorted into the right trip. You never type an itinerary again.

  • One-time setup. Paste the address into Concur’s profile settings and you are done — there is nothing to maintain and no password to hand over
  • Not just Concur. A forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook does the same job, so bookings made outside the corporate tool land here too
  • It builds the trip, not an inbox. A confirmation becomes a flight on your timeline, a hotel with its address, a table on Thursday night
  • The address is yours alone and can be turned off at any time — forwarding stops the moment you say so
TickKet reads confirmation emails you send it. It never connects to your mailbox, never reads anything you did not forward, and does not need your work credentials.

Meet Hugo

The globe never stops turning. Neither does Hugo.

That little jet circling the globe at the centre of the app is not decoration — it is the promise. Hugo keeps watch over your whole trip, around the clock: the flight, the gate, the hotel, the table you booked for Thursday. You do not have to open anything, and you do not have to ask. It is already looking.

When something moves — a gate change at 5am, a delay while you are in a meeting, wheels down early — Hugo tells you first, on your Lock Screen, before the airline gets round to it. And when you do want to ask, every answer already has your itinerary behind it.

Unprompted, on your home screen: “Watching Southwest 3063 — all quiet. I'll run point on travel day.” Nobody asked it to. That is the whole idea.

“Is my flight on time? When should I leave for the airport?”
Reads your itinerary and the security wait — tells you when to be in line.
“What's good near my gate?”
Knows your gate and how long you’ve actually got. Forty-five minutes and it points you at something quick you can eat within sight of the gate — three hours and it’ll tell you which terminal is worth the walk and where you can actually sit down.
“How much are my rewards points actually worth?”
Add your balances once — Hugo values them honestly, no inflated numbers.
Every answer works from your real trip — not a generic web search. Hugo points you to the airline's own channels, doesn't book or rebook flights for you, and won't invent numbers it can't back up.

Always on. The jet never lands and the world never stops turning — that is the mark you tap, and it is what Hugo is doing behind it.

Client dinners

A great table, wherever you land.

Wherever business takes you, TickKet surfaces the right restaurants near your hotel — ratings, price, and whether they're open, up front. Reserve jumps straight to the restaurant's own booking page, Uber gets you there, and Hugo answers for the menu.

  • Filter by “near my hotel,” “open now,” or a client-dinner vibe
  • Reserve goes straight to the restaurant's own booking page — no dead ends
  • An Uber, the menu, and Ask Hugo right on every card
TickKet finds and routes you — the reservation itself happens with the restaurant, so you stay in control.
TickKet Reserve — the Dining tab for a Seattle trip, with booked tables and Uber there, Directions, Menu and Share on the next reservation
Work spaces

A desk or a boardroom, near your client.

The working part of the trip is covered too. TickKet surfaces day offices, coworking desks, and meeting rooms near your client's address — so the meeting has a home before you land.

  • Book a room or a day office near your client — sorted by distance
  • Check the website or send an inquiry in a tap
  • Add the space to your trip, or Uber straight there
Booking happens with the space provider — TickKet gets you to the right door.
TickKet Reserve — the Spaces tab, where day offices, boardrooms and meeting rooms sit alongside the trip’s booked reservations
Trip Pocket

Receipts that turn themselves into a report.

Every trip gets a pocket. Snap a receipt and it files itself to the right one, tagged business or personal, and lands in the trip total — or just forward the email and let Hugo do it. Forward an itinerary and the airfare and hotel rate start the pocket on their own.

  • One button to add a receipt — it files to the right trip by itself
  • Airfare and hotel rates flow in straight from your itinerary
  • Business / Personal tags and a budget that shows what's left
  • Polished PDF expense reports TickKet+
No bank logins, no card connections — the pocket works from receipts and itineraries you hand it. Your data stays yours.
Trip Pocket — the Seattle trip at $575.22 across three receipts, with Scan, Forward and Export, claimable and personal totals, and a breakdown of where it went
Every receipt

Snap it once. It reads itself.

Take a photo and TickKet pulls out the merchant, the total, the date and every line item — then files it to the right trip and tags it business or personal. The original photo stays attached, so when finance asks, you still have the actual receipt.

  • Merchant, total, date and line items read straight off the photo
  • Business or Personal in one tap — and it remembers
  • Filed to the right trip pocket, movable any time
  • The original photo stays with it, ready for your expense report
Anything TickKet reads wrong you can fix in a tap — nothing is locked, and the photo is always there to check against.
