TickKet Text Alerts

Get timely text alerts about your own trips — flight delays, gate changes, boarding reminders, and hotel & booking updates — so nothing catches you off guard. This program is operated by Carat International LLC (TickKet).

How to opt in

There are two ways to give consent to receive TickKet text alerts:

In the TickKet app — during setup (or under Settings → Notifications) you enter your mobile number and tap to turn on text alerts. That action is your opt-in.
On this page — enter your mobile number below and check the consent box.

Either way, you are added only after you take a clear, affirmative action. We never add a number you did not provide yourself.

Message frequency varies — you receive texts only when there is relevant activity on your own trips.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@caratinternational.net.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Types of messages you'll receive

Account notifications and travel alerts about your own itinerary only — for example:

TickKet: ✈️ Gate change — DL 2245 (JFK→LAX) now departs B22 at 8:20 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

TickKet: Reminder — hotel check-in for Marriott Downtown opens at 3:00 PM today. Reply STOP to opt out.

Privacy
