Forward it once

Every booking on one timeline

You get your own private TickKet address. Forward a confirmation, or point your company's travel portal at it, and the trip comes together in order: flights, hotels, cars and the dinner on Thursday. No copying details between apps, and no spreadsheet.

TickKet reads only what you send it. It never connects to your mailbox.

A TickKet trip to Austin: the flight from ORD at 11:25 AM to AUS at 2:05 PM, gate C4, terminal 1, seat 9A, boarding about 10:45 AM, with a Get boarding pass button, then 55 minutes after landing, check in at The Alder Hotel at 3:00 PM with buttons for directions, a call and an Uber, and dinner for 4 at Ember & Oak, 1207 Quarry Lane, at 7:30 PM

Live Activity

On your Lock Screen, all the way to the curb

One card stays pinned from the morning of your flight until you're on the ground. If the gate or the time changes, the card says so. Land, and it shows which carousel your bags are on once the airline posts it, with a ride to tonight's hotel a tap away.

Live gates need TickKet Plus. Boarding and security times are estimates.

Hugo, places near your trip

Dinner near the hotel, in one search

Search for dinner near your hotel, coffee near you, a place to work, or food at your airport. Hugo knows which hotel you're in, so you can search near it without typing an address. Each result opens in Google Maps for its phone number, hours and website, with directions and a ride a tap away.

Results come from Google Maps. TickKet Plus includes 40 Hugo searches a month, and 5 during the free trial.

Hugo in TickKet: a search for dinner near my hotel, answered with 6 places near The Alder Hotel. Five are listed by name, kind, distance and address, from Harbor & Pine, a seafood restaurant 0.3 miles away, to Little Lantern, a coffee shop 0.2 miles away, with a Show 1 more button and the line Results from Google Maps

Receipts and layovers

The expense report, mostly done

Scan a receipt and it lands in the right trip, sorted by trip dates and tagged business or personal. Airfare and hotel come straight from the itinerary, so expense reports stop being a Sunday night problem.

Connecting? The Layover tab shows how long you've got, a walking route once your gates are posted, and places to eat near your next gate at the airports it covers.

TickKet Receipts for the Austin trip, 3 to 5 November: 34 receipts totalling $3,397.88 with 9 to fix before you can send it, split into hotel, food, rides and other, $3,336.89 claimable and $60.99 personal, with Scan, Forward and Export buttons, and the receipts that still need a photo listed first: Ember & Oak, Uber, The Alder Hotel and Austin Java
TickKet's Layover tab at Chicago O'Hare: a relaxed 2 hour 30 minute layover before American 2287 to Austin, and a 2 minute walk from gate C16, where you arrive, to gate C4, where you depart, on a satellite map with the walk to Wicker Park drawn on it, then places to eat and drink near C4, each a minute's walk: Wicker Park and Starbucks at gate C7 and Goose Island at gate C10

What it doesn't do

TickKet doesn't book anything. Book buttons open OpenTable or the restaurant's own booking page. It won't rebook you when a flight cancels, check you in or call an airline for you. It starts once your trip is booked.

No bank logins, and no airline or hotel passwords. It works from what you send it.
